Vintage German lilac oval beads

This is an opaque purple bead. The color is unique to vintage German beads made during the 1919 to 1938 era. It is a fully saturated color. The oval is 16 mm long and 8 mm wide at the widest point. Each strand contains about 25 beads and each strand is 17 inches long.
