Pebbly amber-colored box clasp

If you are looking for an inexpensive way to match your amber necklace, vintage amber colored glass is here. Vintage glass is something I love and once the collection started spilling out from under my desk, I needed to think of something to do with it. Having the pieces bezel set into hand-made sterling silver box clasps seemed like a good alternative. These pieces are made by some of the finest silversmiths in the world who work deep inside the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul. The glass is a good match for the deep butterscotch of amber or any richly colored bead piece. It is nicely textured with some flecks of glass on top and there is just a hint of black on one side to make the texture stand out. The clasp is 29 mm from ring to ring. It is 20 mm across and 12 mm high.
