Large Chinese lacquer bowl

This is a wonderful piece to add color to a room or just the right accent for a Bohemian dining room! This is a hand-made Chinese bowl. It is lacquer over either a light wood or perhaps rattan. The bowl is 6 inches high and 12 3/4 inches in diameter. There are four chrysanthemums painted around the bowl. Chrysanthemums are the symbol of autumn and the ninth moon. There is one chip to the lacquer inside as some damage is commensurate with the age of the piece.
