Japanese daisy clasp

The crispness of the design on this clasp is quite stunning. The black background sets off the delicate flowers and leaves perfectly. This is a sweet little clasp for which I can see a number of uses. I would plan the necklace to wear it on the side or use in a bracelet. The centerpiece was made in Japan between the world wars and came out of a package marked "Cherry." The centerpiece is 13 mm by 19 mm and the clasp is 27 mm from ring to ring. The vintage centerpiece is set in a sterling silver box clasp.
