Glass faux turquoise clasp

The West Germans at one time were mad for faux stones. They made millions of them, it seems. And, I have to say, they are nice and a good way to keep the cost down. This one is a greenish blue and has nice mottling, as good turquoise should. It is a vintage glass centerpiece set in a sterling silver box clasp. The clasp measures 27 mm from ring to ring.
