Ercole Moretti is the Ferrari of Italian beads. The bead house started producing beads and other glass decorative objects in 1911 and they have been the standard bearer ever since. These colorful and joyful round glass beads are vintage, probably dating from the 1950s. Most have three patterns per bead: a flower and a starburst. There is some irregularity in the size of these beads: they range from 6 to 7 mm. The background of these beads is black instead of the standard white. They are a matte finish and are not shiny. The hole is small and these beads would need to be strung on wire or silk. They are sold in packages of ten beads.
